Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process inbound shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with zero-error precision for next-day delivery
- Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain organized inventory records
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for inventory reconciliation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Reliable transportation for overnight shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and WMS experience preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
