Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and voice-directed technology
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines in all operations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to 7am-5pm shifts
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
