Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments with barcode scanning systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts to move inventory efficiently
- Perform cycle counts and maintain organized stock rotation systems
- Pick and pack orders with precision for next-day delivery
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless inventory transfers
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
