Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.9% precision using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts to move inventory safely
- Perform cycle counts and maintain real-time inventory accuracy in WMS
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify against purchase orders
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S workplace standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet overnight SLAs
- Train new associates on warehouse systems and best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to 10 PM - 6 AM shift schedule
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
