Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort inbound inventory using RF scanners
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient overnight loading/unloading operations
- Perform quality control checks on products before shipment
- Maintain precise inventory records in WMS systems
- Safely operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handover processes
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in low-light/nighttime environments
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software experience
- Flexible schedule availability (shifts between 8 PM - 6 AM)
- Reliable transportation to industrial park location
