Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment with precision
- Execute accurate order picking and packing for high-volume shipments
- Manage inventory control and cycle count procedures
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments using WMS systems
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all products
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Proficient in basic inventory management software
- Unwavering reliability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
