Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with zero-error precision for next-day deliveryOperate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory in 50,000 sq ft temperature-controlled facility
- Conduct cycle counts and report discrepancies to management
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
