Responsibilities
- Pack and seal shipments with precision using industry-standard materials
- Scan and verify inventory against pick lists using handheld scanners
- Operate packaging equipment (box sealers, label printers) efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized packing station per 5S standards
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily productivity targets
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged products immediately
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 4+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and barcode scanner familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Commerce Drive location
- Availability to work 20-25 hours weekly (days/early evenings)
