Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound and outbound shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO inventory rotation protocols
- Conduct quality control inspections on products to ensure compliance with company standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems safely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges and optimize workflows
- Complete daily productivity reports and maintain digital documentation via remote-friendly platforms
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and participate in regular safety training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods during overnight shifts
- Strong attention to detail with proficiency in digital inventory systems
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) with rotating weekends
- Basic computer literacy for remote administrative tasks and reporting
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for equipment operation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
