Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient overnight operations and safety compliance
- Perform cycle counts and maintain real-time inventory accuracy with digital tools
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated conveyor systems with precision
- Collaborate with remote supervisors via digital platforms for shift coordination
- Uphold OSHA standards and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Support cross-functional teams with real-time data sharing through mobile apps
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience (night shift preferred)
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with RF scanners, inventory software, and mobile devices
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to pass company training)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
