Responsibilities
- Manage inbound/outbound inventory using RF scanning technology with 99.8% accuracy
- Operate electric pallet jacks and automated sorting systems in OSHA-compliant environments
- Perform cycle counts and reconciliation using WMS software (SAP experience preferred)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for JIT delivery fulfillment with zero-defect standards
- Maintain 5S warehouse organization and safety compliance documentation
- Optimize warehouse layout through data-driven space utilization analysis
- Train associates on new automation technologies and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications a plus)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in RF scanning and basic WMS navigation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and operate warehouse equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts with customizable start times
- Valid forklift certification or ability to pass company training
