Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for next-day delivery while maintaining quality standards
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and ensure compliance with inventory control procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs to prevent operational delays
- Support inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure 99.9% accuracy standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
