Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and package incoming shipments using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory safely and accurately
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading procedures
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Monitor warehouse security systems and report any irregularities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Proficient with RF scanning devices and inventory software
- Flexible schedule availability (overnight shift: 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
