Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records through our advanced WMS system
- Inspect materials for damage and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Operate material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Assist in warehouse organization and space utilization strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse/material handling roles
- Valid forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training
- Proven ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
