Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory during overnight shifts
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with precision to meet daily targets
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with safety protocols
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve issues
- Complete inventory counts and documentation with 99% accuracy
- Support cross-functional teams during peak operational periods
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced overnight environment
