Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload, sort, and process inbound shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy for next-day delivery
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counts in WMS system
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve daily productivity targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner operation skills
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM, Monday-Friday
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
