Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, store, and ship refrigerated/perishable goods using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain precise inventory counts and cycle counts in WMS system
- Adhere to strict food safety and HACCP protocols
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outbound shipments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient dock operations
- Complete daily safety checklists and maintain OSHA compliance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn WMS systems
- Reliable transportation with valid Alaska driver's license
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to work in 35°F refrigerated environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
