Job Summary:
As an Overnight Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products efficiently. This is a hands-on role requiring physical stamina and a commitment to safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and document incoming shipments accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during the night shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order accuracy.
- Valid forklift certification is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
