Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, scanners) provided by the company
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders during overnight shifts
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic counting and documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support facility cleanliness and organization initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours overnight shifts
- Basic math and literacy skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to 1800 Atlantic Ave, VA 23451
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule (Sun-Thu)
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
