Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for same-day shipping fulfillment
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counts with WMS systems
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment (OSHA-certified)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with RF scanner experience
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
