Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain precise temperature (-20°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer zones using digital monitoring systems
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize inventory in FIFO rotation system
- Operate electric pallet jacks and walkie-stackers in frozen/dry environments
- Conduct daily sanitation checks and adhere to HACCP safety standards
- Document inventory movements using warehouse management systems
- Perform quality control inspections on incoming/outgoing perishable goods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak season operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with digital inventory tracking systems
- OSHA 10-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from -20°F to 40°F
- High school diploma or equivalent required
