Responsibilities
- Execute accurate order picking, packing, and shipping to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to facilitate a seamless workflow and inventory transfer.
- Load and unload trailers efficiently, verifying shipment contents against packing slips.
- Adhere to all company policies, including GHS safety standards and attendance requirements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to work overnight shifts (typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) with consistent attendance.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
