Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and verify inbound shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with zero-error precision for next-day delivery
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system audits
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with OSHA standards
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient workflow and safety compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Perform daily equipment maintenance checks and report safety hazards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Proficient with inventory management systems (WMS experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
