Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist in daily inventory counts, stock checks, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards to maintain a safe working environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets our high-quality standards.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary paperwork and logs for shipping and receiving.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform physical labor in a fast-paced setting.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when scanning items and preparing packages.
- Availability: Must be available for part-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team leads and management.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
