Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with OSHA regulations
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation with 99.8% accuracy
- Pick and pack orders for next-day delivery with zero tolerance for errors
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety zones per 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Complete daily shift reports and maintain digital documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience in high-volume operations
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and inventory management knowledge
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error mindset
- Reliable transportation for overnight shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
