Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for next-day delivery with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain organized storage zones and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Generate daily productivity reports and quality assurance documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience with overnight shift availability
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Proficient in WMS systems and RF scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Background check and pre-employment drug screening required
- Spanish bilingual preferred for diverse team collaboration
