Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ensure all items are properly labeled, palletized, and loaded onto delivery trucks in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to reconcile stock discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Assist with loading and unloading trailers according to strict shipping schedules.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve daily operational issues.
Qualifications
- Ability to work the night shift (typically 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
