Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and correctly.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and stock replenishment to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations (OSHA).
- Inspect packaging materials for defects and ensure all outbound shipments meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work overnight shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) with reliability.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training available).
