Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort inventory using provided warehouse equipment
- Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts, pallet jacks) as per OSHA guidelines
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records via WMS systems
- Load/unload trucks efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper equipment use
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training (provided)
- Reliable transportation to overnight shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
