Responsibilities
- Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners) provided by the company
- Accurately process incoming/outgoing shipments with digital inventory systems
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize warehouse layout for efficiency
- Conduct quality checks on products and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company security procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational goals
- Document inventory movements and maintain accurate electronic records
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Valid state ID and ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to complete paid equipment certification training
