Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package overnight shipments using provided equipment (pallet jacks, scanners, etc.)
- Maintain accurate inventory records via warehouse management system
- Operate material handling equipment safely and per company protocols
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to/from 10 PM - 6 AM shift
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn WMS systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
