Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-provided warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners)
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using automated inventory systems
- Maintain organized storage zones and optimize warehouse layout efficiency
- Perform quality checks on products and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics operations
- Complete daily shift reports and inventory documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software operation
- Valid forklift certification (training provided if needed)
- Reliable transportation to East Scottsdale facility
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred
