Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/untract freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory records through barcode scanning and system updates
- Inspect goods for damage and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety guidelines at all times
- Support warehouse cleanliness and organization initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and overtime
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
