Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with provided safety gear
- Accurately scan, sort, and package inventory using company-provided scanning devices
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols while handling inventory
- Report equipment maintenance needs to warehouse supervisor
- Support inventory audits and cycle counts as scheduled
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with provided ergonomic equipment
- Availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park location
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to operate company-provided machinery after training
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- No warehouse experience required—comprehensive training provided
