Responsibilities
- Operate provided forklifts and warehouse equipment with precision and safety
- Manage inventory systems and conduct accurate stock counts
- Load/unload shipments using provided pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize space utilization
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless operations
- Process orders using provided warehouse management software
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software familiarity
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain with company training)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
