Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using provided equipment
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using powered scanners and pallet jacks
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate company-provided machinery safely and per OSHA standards
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality control measures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Reliable transportation to 11 PM-7 AM shifts
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Comfortable working independently and in a team setting
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment after training
