Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily workflow of the warehouse, ensuring efficient operations and timely order fulfillment.
- Manage and mentor a team of warehouse associates, conducting regular performance reviews and providing training.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and oversee receiving and shipping activities.
- Analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process optimization strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
- Valid forklift certification and ability to operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners).
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS) such as SAP or Manhattan.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
