Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems
- Perform accurate inventory management using provided handheld scanners
- Load/unload shipments with attention to safety protocols
- Maintain organized storage areas and quality control standards
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns immediately
- Complete digital documentation using our warehouse management system
Qualifications
- Ability to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) with reliable transportation
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license (equipment operation training provided)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
