Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanning equipment for inventory management
- Perform accurate order picking, packing, and shipping of client products
- Conduct quality control checks and maintain organized storage areas
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with overnight team leads to meet daily production targets
- Document warehouse activities using provided digital systems
- Participate in monthly safety drills and equipment training sessions
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- OSHA forklift certification (company provides training)
