Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, scanners) provided by the company
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments according to inventory protocols
- Prepare outbound orders for timely delivery using warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily operational targets
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper equipment assistance
- Availability to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) including weekends
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Valid government-issued photo ID and ability to pass background check
- No prior warehouse experience required – equipment training provided
