Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely to load, unload, and move inventory throughout the facility.
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet daily production targets.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and document accordingly.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies while on the clock.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to obtain or hold a valid forklift certification (we provide training).
- Must be available to work overnight shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Honolulu facility.
