Responsibilities
- Operate provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanning equipment for inventory movement
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders during overnight shifts
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain precise inventory records
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to operate provided warehouse machinery (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for 8+ hours overnight
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass background check
