Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stockroom conditions
- Operate warehouse equipment following safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Complete paperwork and digital documentation for all transactions
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours overnight shift
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to operate warehouse machinery after training
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
