Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, packages, and materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and scanning of orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Organize stockrooms, warehouses, and storage areas to facilitate efficient operations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by complying with safety procedures and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Inspect equipment and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide full training for qualified candidates.
- Ability to operate powered industrial equipment (Forklift, Scissor Lift) is required; certification provided upon hiring.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
