Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store frozen/perishable inventory using RF scanners
- Execute efficient order picking and packing for next-day delivery
- Maintain precise inventory counts and cycle counts
- Operate electric pallet jacks and powered equipment safely
- Adhere to strict HACCP and food safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Flexible availability to cover weekend shifts as needed
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
