Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory in temperature-controlled environments
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Perform quality control checks on products before shipping
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Document warehouse activities in digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working in 40-45°F refrigerated environments
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software
- Reliable transportation to our 8 PM-5 AM shift
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work flexible weekends as needed
