Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, process, and store incoming inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision to meet overnight SLAs
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handover of operations
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies or equipment maintenance needs
- Support facility cleanliness and organization throughout the shift
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with consistent attendance
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company training
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for shift start times
