Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Optimize warehouse efficiency through strategic inventory rotation and slotting
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs and deadlines
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision
- Conduct quality control checks and documentation for all products
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits monthly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for overnight shifts
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
