Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming inventory with barcode scanning systems
- Perform efficient order picking and packing for shipment preparation
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly
- Maintain organized warehouse environment through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Document warehouse activities using digital inventory management systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume environments
- Flexible availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
