Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-directed technology
- Optimize warehouse efficiency through strategic inventory rotation and FIFO methods
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision
- Maintain impeccable safety standards and report equipment issues immediately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits with 99.9% accuracy
- Train new hires on warehouse protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience with order picking background
- Certified in forklift operation or willingness to obtain certification
- Proficient with warehouse management systems and RF scanners
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
